There is only one rental option available. Four hours. Start time is 8pm except on days Play is closed or Sunday which starts at 7pm. We reserve the right for exceptions on blocked holidays.

The booking comes with your own private bartender (Gratuity not included).

WHAT TO EXPECT

SOUND SYSTEM

You have control of the general audio level, including background vocals and assisted lead vocal right on the tablet. Please do not open or access the locked audio cabinet. Master levels are pre-set.

FIND SONGS

Browse the many genres available or use the search bar to look up song title or artist. Select "Play Next." Once the song loads on the mini screen to the right, click the ">" symbol to start or add the song to the queue.

TECH ISSUES

If you experience any tech issues, please see a bartender or Play staffer. They are available to assist you.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?

The room comes with a private bartender. This is a full service cash/credit bar experience.

CAN I BRING IN FOOD OR SNACKS?

Short answer: Yes. We do ask that when our booking manager contacts you to sort the specifics of your reservation, you let her/him know.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT COMFORTABLY IN THE ROOM?

10-12 people fit comfortably in the room.

CAN I MAKE MY MIC LOUDER?

The audio master levels are pre-set. However, you can lower the general volume and/or the assisted lead vocal and background vocal levels directly on the tablet so your mic sounds louder or mixed to your choosing.

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?

Electric Serenade is located inside a full service bar therefore the age requirement is 21+.
